Rude or Honest Fitness Trainer?Hi guys, I would appreciate your opinions on a pretty heated debate my friends and I had last night before we ate way to many unhealthy snacks and had one two many Prosecco during one of our Netflix evenings. Yes it a regular occurrence especially this time of year, which one of my previous Group Trainers had a pet name for!
Let me set the scene, we all started to arrive into my friends Vicky’s Apartment and One By One we left bags of Snacks and wine on the counter which over flowed onto the living room table. Pringles, Doritos, Tayto. Red Wine, White Wine, Pressco and Coca Cola and of course so many Chocolates that Charlie from the Chocolate Factory would be proud of haha. That’s were the fun stop, as just before the movie i said My old personal trainers Line. “GIRLS, FAT SEASON REALLY IS JUST ABOUT TO BEGIN” Instantly un-choreographed from 2 of my close friends. ” WHAT THE FUCK DO MEAN?” ” FAT SEASON”
I then explained how my previous ladies group fitness trainer, this time last year would shout out as we did different drills. Fitness Trainer (will remain anonymous) “Flat Tummies are made in the Kitchen Girls, Remember Fat season is about to begin” ” Don’t eat those shit snacks with of cups of Tea & Coffee in the evening, Leave those shit snacks out of your shopping bags and don’t get caught in FAT Season with your Friends” My friends nearly hit the roof all of them, “What A Prick” was the main comment, ” You Actually like him and paid Him” “Yes” “Honestly Buttercup don’t you he’s a prick? “No, just honest we go to the class because he’s known for teaching mental toughness as well as fitness” You, can imagine this debate went back and fourth for to long, leaving us feel a bit shit to be be honest. So what do you think of his comments or motivation strategy?
