Loving The Sales partners with brands and retailers from all over the world, returns policies vary by item. You can visit the customer care section of the retailer’s website to view their returns policy. You can find the returns policy by clicking the “shipping and returns” tab, on the product page.

If you hit a “buy in store button”, you will be directed to the retailer’s website where you can view their shipping and returns policy in their dedicated section, as well as complete your transaction directly on their website. Please make sure that you have selected your country for up to date shipping and returns to your specified country.

Most Brands and Retailers now offer a Return options. Generally to comply items must be unopened, undamaged and  in the original packaging.

Returns can be made within 14 days up to 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, most brands cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, Brands/Retailers will fully examine the item/items and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, they will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Sometimes this may be minus a return shipping fee.

Regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not always be refundable.

To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact the Brand/Retailer directly with the contact information they supplied to you with your order. 

Some Brands/retailers only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact the Brand with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to their supplied returns address.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

Shipping charges for all returns may need to be prepaid and insured by you unless otherwise stated by the brand/retailer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Brands/Retailers cannot  guarantee that they will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges may not refundable. Any amounts refunded may include the cost of shipping.
